Protected information may include business concepts, food and beverage ideas, recipes, menus, interior layouts, design renderings, operating models, supplier information, location plans, event formats, brand strategy, financial assumptions, partner contacts, investor discussions, photos, sketches, documents and all related creative, technical and commercial materials.

受保护信息可能包括商业概念、餐饮创意、配方、菜单、室内布局、设计效果图、运营模式、供应商信息、 场地规划、活动形式、品牌策略、财务假设、合作伙伴及投资人信息、照片、草图、文件以及所有相关的创意、 技术和商业资料。

Core NNN Obligations / 核心 NNN 义务

• Non-Disclosure: no sharing, forwarding, publishing or leaking confidential information.
• Non-Use: no use of the information for own or third-party restaurant, café, art-studio, lifestyle or hospitality projects.
• Non-Circumvention: no bypassing of Alexander Schosser, LEMONVILLA or the disclosing company in relation to introduced contacts, suppliers, landlords, investors, designers, chefs, artists or partners.

接收方不得披露、复制、发布、转发或泄露保密信息；不得将披露信息用于自己或第三方的餐厅、咖啡馆、 艺术工作室、生活方式或酒店餐饮项目；不得绕过 Alexander Schosser、LEMONVILLA 或披露方直接联系由其介绍的 联系人、供应商、房东、投资人、设计师、厨师、艺术家或合作伙伴。
